Payment Policy

We offer a variety of payment options; including CASH, CHECK, DISCOVER, VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and CARE CREDIT. If further payment options are needed our Business Assistant will be happy to help make arrangements for financing through Care Credit. Our goal is to make the payment process as accommodating and hassle-free as possible.

If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will file your insurance forms for you with an assignment of benefits to our office. You will be responsible for your co-payment when treatment begins. We will contact your insurance company and do our best to obtain the most accurate estimate. We accept most major insurance companies (PPO Networks only. No DMOs or HMOs).

Electronic Claims Processing

Our office utilizes electronic claims processing. This means that rather than sending your dental claim through the mail, it is sent electronically to your insurance company with the click of a button. By filing your claim electronically, information is submitted more efficiently and with fewer errors. It benefits our patients because the turnaround time on claims is faster and fewer claims are returned or denied. We are happy to submit your dental claims to your insurance company on your behalf.
